Because communities move towards the abyss and give up on its values ​​and principles that used to develop it, Sheikh Fahad Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah expressed his views regarding the subject of social contract that guarantees everyone's rights and interests without returning to the law, through a message he posted on Twitter.

Sheikh Fahad said that humanity did not find another choice except for its members and communities, whether at the level of individuals or groups, to interact and coexist, and this is the reason why ruling authorities were formed to guarantee private property and defend it against those who may pose a threat.

He explained that this defense was guaranteed in parallel to protect what the societies agreed to consider public property and gave it several labels until it became known as the Constitution or the law, pointing out that the idea of ​​the social contract goes beyond these considerations and labels, to relate to customs, traditions and the way of dealing daily between people in the same society on the basis of relations between them to ensure the safety of life harmony, and guarantee its ease without needing the law to provide safety.

Sheikh Fahd said that the social contract, based on this foundation and free from fraud and deception and hypocrisy, replaces the law and invests customs, traditions and touches morality at the same time, considering it at the forefront of influences that affect the patterns of behavior and engagement, which is particularly important in the social contract, in his words, pointing out that it covers all aspects of life and keep the society way from conflicts, urging for harmony and integration with keeping everyone's rights and ensuring their interests.
