Sheikh Fahad Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah commended "February nights" (Layali Febrayer) through the participants, noting that the final evening stirred by the poet Mohammed Mrabed was distinctive and had a large audience praising his performance in that evening.
Sheikh Fahad wished success to all the poets, praising the role of the organizing committee of the festival, which has played a significant role in the organization and arrangements for the evenings which was displayed very professionally.
He also said that in each activity held in Kuwait, poetic, artistic, religious or societal, is considered positively. And he hoped that such events should be held annually in Kuwait by different parties in order to enhance patriotism among the Kuwaitis.
