President of the Arab Channels Union, Sheikh Fahad Al- Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah stressed that stopping strife is everyone's responsibility, calling for maintaining cohesion and resistance against any attempt to tamper with our national unity.
During a dinner held by the Hadi Markez Al-Anzi on his honor on Tuesday evening in Al-Jahra, Sheikh Fahad said: "the ruling family extends since 300 years and more, and it will continue to rule 300 years to come, God willing, with the people", explaining that this meeting is based on affection, love and joint determination of this precious country.
He added that he usually talks for long, and will shorten his speech by recalling that the 7th, 8th and 9th decrees of the Kuwaiti Constitution says that justice, freedom and equality are the pillars of society as a whole and the state to protect these pillars and ensure security and peace of mind and give equal opportunities to citizens, and this Constitution was based and adopted by the late Sheikh Abdullah Al- Salem Al-Sabah.
Sheikh Fahad Al-Salem re-iterated the words of His Highness the Chief of National Guard Sheikh Salem Al- Ali Al-Sabah, who stressed the need of continuing stability of the Kuwaiti people in order to enjoy the financial returns and benefits so that they would feel relieved and sure of their future, noting that His Highness Sheikh Salem Al-Ali is in excellent – not only good - health condition calling God Almighty that he would be among his sons and his country in the near future.
Sheikh Fahad Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah also said that who caused the loans disaster should solve it, calling on the people to maintain under the leadership of His Highness the Emir and the loyal Heir.
He addressed the Kuwaiti people advising them: "do not go after any party that wants to drag you to strife and use you to split this community that lasted all these years, hoping it would continue through the efforts of all the people of Kuwait".
He pointed out that "what harms the Kuwaiti people harms us, and the opposite is true, and this is the principle that the Kuwaitis were raised upon", hoping that everyone would be keen for loyalty to this generous country that we hope God will protect from all evil.
